I did not understand my insurance and how it worked with what I needed done and the staff did not hurry me through it! They took the time to listen and made sure I understood my insurance. The staff made me feel important and that I was somebody. 

I also enjoyed meeting Dr. Cortez, she is wonderful and was very at ease with me. I hate pain and needles and the staff made everything so easy for me. I was happy to find the online form and explained the situation, requesting an appointment a.s.a.p. To my surprise, and relief, at 6:45 there was a response and I was offered an 8:15 appointment. Dr. Cortez was so compassionate and accommodating. I left there actually looking forward to my next appointment, something few would say about a trip to the dentist!
